Welcome to Forsviks Friskola's Leisure Center Forsviks Friskola is a small grades F-6 school located on the outskirts of Forsvik. The school has approximately 90 students. Those of us who work at the school form a cohesive team that has worked together for a long time. We work with dedication to ensure all students have a safe school experience and develop to their full potential. Forsviks Friskola, preschool, and leisure center are operated by a non-profit association. This means there are no profit interests. Any surplus goes back into operations and benefits the children and students. Forsviks Friskola is politically and religiously independent. Your Responsibilities You will work together with other staff at the leisure center to develop, operate, and implement the leisure center's mission based on our governing documents and with our vision in mind. As a teacher, you have unique opportunities to influence children's development and learning. The role includes planning, follow-up, and documentation of work. An important task is to create inspiring and content-rich days at the leisure center. As a teacher, you are responsible for the leisure center's educational content and work to promote each child's development and learning. Your responsibilities include creating good relationships with children, parents, and colleagues. During school hours, you will also provide support in the classroom/teach certain subjects and work closely with the classroom teacher. Qualifications We are looking for someone who is a certified leisure center teacher/recreation pedagogue. In the teacher role, you are empathetic, outgoing, and have a strong ability to make contact and maintain relationships. We see that you adapt easily to changing circumstances and can quickly adjust your approach based on situation and need. You take responsibility for your work tasks and drive processes within the work team together with your colleagues. Furthermore, you have the ability to lead and motivate others in the work group toward common goals and can create engagement and participation.
