The Assignment At Rodengymnasiet, we work concretely with a lesson design approach that emphasizes variation in student and teacher activities in the classroom. Each student should be met according to their capabilities and needs. You need to be clear in your leadership while having the capacity to consider students' ability to influence the structure and content of instruction. In assessment work, we place high demands on your ability to work both formatively and summatively. Challenges and Opportunities This position requires you as an educator to teach in a varied and methodical way, to conduct motivating conversations with students, and to provide all students with the best conditions to succeed. The school's proactive student support work requires the ability to work relationally together with study and career counselors. You need to provide support in study techniques and planning according to the curriculum during class time and mentoring time. What You Need to Bring You are a certified upper secondary teacher in vehicle subjects or have equivalent experience from work in vehicle technology operations, i.e., industry experience. You are flexible, open-minded, and have strong collaboration skills when working with students, guardians, and colleagues. You have good leadership qualities in the classroom and the ability to plan instruction that systematically leads students toward learning objectives.
