Teacher/Pedagogue for Preschool Class – Temporary Position 100%

Skärsta Friskola is now seeking an engaged and confident teacher/pedagogue for our preschool class. This is a temporary position at 100% with a start date as soon as possible. The length of the temporary contract is currently not determined.
About the Position
As a teacher/pedagogue in preschool class, you play an important role in students' first encounter with school. Together with colleagues, you create a safe and stimulating environment where learning, play, and social development go hand in hand.
Your responsibilities include:
planning, implementing, and following up on preschool class instruction
creating structure, safety, and positive relationships within the student group
meeting students' individual needs and circumstances
stimulating students' curiosity, development, and desire to learn
collaborating closely with colleagues and other school staff
contributing to the school's shared commitment to safety, learning, and development
maintaining open and professional communication with guardians.
Who Are We Looking For?
We are seeking someone who enjoys working with younger children and understands the importance of a safe and positive start to school.
You are a confident and present adult who easily builds positive relationships. At the same time, you are clear, organized, and able to create a calm and positive environment within the student group.
As a person, you are flexible, solution-focused, and collaborative. You have the ability to see both individual students' needs and the group as a whole.
We prefer that you are a certified teacher with certification for preschool class work. We also welcome applicants with other relevant pedagogical education and experience working with children in this age group.
Personal suitability is given considerable weight.
