You are well-versed in the school's governing documents and have strong communication skills in both speech and writing. You are flexible with good collaboration abilities. You have an easy time building positive relationships and working together with students, guardians, colleagues, the school's student support team, and school leadership. We are looking for you to be a clear leader with the ability to create a sense of security through clear structure and varied instruction. You have a professional and positive attitude and can view challenges as opportunities. Your duties include teaching art at the intermediate level; you may also teach some other subject and/or provide tutoring support. Norrgärdsskolan is a municipal grades F-6 school, distributed across two buildings (formerly Grindskolan and Parkskolan) in Norrtälje, with spacious grassy areas and small forest sections around it. We have approximately 500 students at the school, and despite being a large school, it feels intimate. We work in grade-level teams (school and leisure) with shared responsibility for students.
