Marbäck School has approximately 80 students, from preschool class through grade 6. In addition to classes through grade 6, there is also after-school care. Within the school area, there is administrative support and a student wellness team with a special education teacher, specialist teacher, school nurse, and counselor. DUTIES
We are seeking a teacher certified in grades 4-6 or F-3 for Marbäck School to collaborate in a two-teacher classroom.
As a teacher, you plan, implement, and follow up on instruction together with colleagues and the teaching team, adapting to individual students' needs. The work includes thorough documentation of students' learning progress and active values-based work together with the entire school staff. Based on current curriculum guidelines and using formative assessment as a method, you work so that all students develop as far as possible. The position may also include participation in one of the school's working groups.
A student wellness team with special education teacher, specialist teacher, counselor, and school nurse is available to support you.
QUALIFICATIONS
You are a certified teacher and have authorization to teach grades F-6. Broad subject qualifications are advantageous. Particularly meriting are qualifications in science and/or music. Previous experience working in primary school is also advantageous. We appreciate if you have good knowledge of and experience with digital tools. A driver's license is required for the position.
