Lilla Sätraskolan is located near fantastic outdoor environments and has approximately 300 students in grades 3-5. Together with your colleagues, you contribute to an engaging, varied, and high-quality school day where students' development and well-being are in focus. You support and challenge students so they achieve good academic results and adapt instruction according to their different needs and conditions. The work takes place in close collaboration with other educators, student services, guardians, and external partners and is carried out according to applicable goals and guidelines. Your work tasks include, among others: • Responsibility for planning, implementation, assessment, and evaluation of instruction. • Working with mapping students' needs and adapting instruction according to their conditions. • Contributing to a safe and inspiring learning environment in cooperation with colleagues, student services, and guardians. QUALIFICATIONS • We are looking for someone with a teaching degree and teacher certification with eligibility to teach in grades 3-5 in the subjects SVA and Swedish. • As a teacher, you need the ability to express yourself well in the Swedish language as well as general knowledge and experience with digital tools. • You are also familiar with and knowledgeable about the curriculum for primary school.
