Our municipality, and therefore our operations, are growing and we need more educators.
At Ånge Primary School, we are now seeking teachers for grades 1-3. In the education department, we work according to a common thread—a shared vision of development and learning with a democratic foundation across all our operations. In Ånge Municipality, we train all our staff in neuropsychiatric disabilities (NPF) to NPF-secure our operations. We train all staff in mental training and in what language and knowledge-developing working methods (SKUA) are and entail.
Duties
You collaborate with other teachers and are part of a work team. Mentorship is included in the position. You conduct pedagogical planning, implement, and evaluate your teaching according to Lgr 22. You hold pedagogical responsibility for instruction. We work collegially to develop operations to be pedagogically, physically, and socially accessible. Our goal is to be an NPF-secure school. You see it as self-evident that you collaborate with your colleagues, guardians, and external partners. You share your knowledge and experience.
Qualifications
We are seeking a certified teacher for grades 1-3. You have a low-affect approach and a strong ability to build good relationships with students, guardians, colleagues, and leadership. You have a positive and inclusive approach where you prioritize the student's best interests. You have good problem-solving skills, collaboration ability, and social competence; you are flexible and loyal. Based on trust-based management and leadership, we expect you to take responsibility within given frameworks. You promote predictability, clarity, safety, and participation. You are convinced that the quality of instruction makes a difference and that teaching therefore needs to be differentiated so all students can progress as far as possible in their learning.
