Skärhamns School is a preschool through grade 6 school with approximately 280 students, located in a beautiful natural setting with proximity to both forest and sea. Our school has recently undergone major renovations, giving us modern and functional facilities as well as a new schoolyard that we developed together with our students. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES • You help drive the work of developing instruction so that it benefits all students. • You are part of a work team that works together toward the same goals. • We strive for differentiated instruction that allows all students to succeed in their learning. • You continuously test and retest your methods, while holding fast to what produces success in learning. • You will participate in joint planning and close collaboration with the teacher in the parallel class. QUALIFICATIONS • We assume that you are a licensed teacher. • You have good insight into the school's governing documents and apply them in daily work. • You are a skilled educator with the ability to meet each student's needs and are good at collaborating with your colleagues. Employment Type: Fixed-term employment. Duration: Start date: Immediate, End date: 2027-06-17. If you are offered employment within the Children's and Education Administration, you are required by the Education Act to provide a certificate without remarks from the Police's criminal records register.
