One of our middle school teachers is moving on to a new adventure and we are seeking an immediate replacement for a new team member in grades 4-6 - warmly welcome to Östra School in Färjestaden! We are looking for someone with teaching experience, who is confident in your leadership role and has a sensitive touch when meeting with students. You understand that security is a prerequisite for developing knowledge. You are a team player and contribute to our positive and unpretentious work environment. You thrive very well in your mentor role and clear boundaries are combined with care and humor. You place relationships at the center and understand the importance of a good relationship with students and guardians, want to collaborate and enjoy working together, are flexible and want to help our students in both their personal and academic development to become the best version of themselves.
