JOB RESPONSIBILITIES We are looking for a Social Studies teacher in combination with another subject, preferably English, with certification for grades 4-9 The role includes planning, implementing, and following up educational work based on steering documents and the student's needs and interests, both individually and together in the work team. Mentorship is part of the position. You actively participate in efforts to develop teaching at our school. QUALIFICATIONS You are a teacher with Swedish teaching certification with qualification in Social Studies for grades 4-9, and you must also be qualified to teach at least one additional subject, preferably English. You are engaged, relational, and driven by seeing students succeed in their schoolwork. You view collaboration with others and development of your teaching as a matter of course. You are skilled at building trusting relationships with both students and guardians as well as with colleagues. You see the work team as an asset in moving forward for the students' benefit. You lead your teaching with personal engagement and clear structure, which creates an environment where students dare to try and fail.
