Your responsibilities
As a surveying engineer with us, you will become part of the municipal surveying authority and receive a varied and developmental assignment. Based on your competence and experience, you will independently prepare maps within property formation, planning, and building processes. You will participate in work to improve the quality of the property register and the register map. The work requires good competence in computer-aided mapping tools. You need knowledge of archive investigation and a good understanding of property formation. You will also have the opportunity to contribute to business development within the authority.
Your competence
We are looking for someone with higher education in surveying, cartographic engineering, community development, or a related field, alternatively vocational higher education or equivalent experience deemed equivalent. You have good knowledge of property law, the property formation process, and building legislation, as well as excellent ability to express yourself in speech and writing in Swedish. You are experienced with GIS and CAD tools and are generally comfortable in digital work environments. Furthermore, you have a good understanding of the planning and community development process. Knowledge of the case management system Consilia, as well as a B-driver's license, are merits.
As a person, you are self-directed and take responsibility for your tasks. You plan, prioritize, and organize your work in a structured manner and meet given deadlines. You communicate clearly and ensure that expectations and messages reach the relevant parties. You are easy to collaborate with, attentive, and constructive in dialogue with others, and always work in accordance with applicable regulations, decisions, and guidelines.

At the interview, you will need to prove your citizenship. You can do this with a passport or a certificate of citizenship together with an ID document. If you are not a citizen of Sweden, the EU, EEA, or Switzerland, you must provide proof that you have a valid work permit or are exempt from the requirement to have a work permit.
