Fixed-term employment (6 months) with possibility of extension. Start date available immediately. WHAT WORK AWAITS YOU IN THIS POSITION: painting components according to technical documentation and technological procedures; quality control of painting during and after completion (including coating thickness measurement); operation of painting equipment; ongoing inspection and assessment of defects, reporting deviations to supervisor; basic adjustment and maintenance of painting equipment; cooperation with preparers and other production staff; compliance with technological discipline, occupational health and safety, and fire safety regulations. WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU: experience in the painter position (ideally wet painting), ability to understand technical documentation, experience with surface quality control (advantageous), independence and responsibility, manual dexterity and attention to detail, willingness to work in a two-shift operation.
