Job Responsibilities: - Preparation of metal part surfaces before coating (degreasing, filling, sanding, and blasting) - Application of coating materials using wet spray painting methods - Quality control of completed surface treatments - Maintenance and cleaning of coating equipment and work tools - Compliance with technological, safety, and work procedures Requirements: - Vocational training, preferably in a technical field - Experience with coating metal products is a plus - Experience with blasting or work in degreasing facilities is a plus - Attention to detail, independence, and responsible approach to work - Ability to understand technical documentation is a plus - Willingness to work in shift operations as needed for production
