At NIBE Energy Systems, we are now seeking a warehouse technician for laboratory operations within Product Development. Here you will have the opportunity to work at one of Europe's most modern laboratories for advanced heat pump testing and contribute to the development of energy-efficient products for a global market. About the Role Product Development is NIBE's development organization with approximately 150 employees in areas such as mechanics, electrical/electronics, refrigeration technology, control and regulation technology, sound optimization, and verification. You will become part of IC Warehouse, an important support function responsible for material supply to development, prototype, and laboratory operations. As a warehouse technician, you play a central role in daily warehouse and logistics work. By ensuring high material availability, accurate inventory balances, and efficient flows, you contribute to creating the best possible conditions for our development projects. Your Responsibilities In this role, you will, among other things: Receive, inspect, and register incoming goods Perform receiving and storage of materials Pick materials and conduct internal transport Pack and prepare materials for shipment Record material and warehouse transactions in our business systems Participate in inventories and contribute to good warehouse management Handle waste and work toward a safe and well-organized warehouse environment Contribute to continuous improvement efforts within warehouse operations The work involves daily contact with designers, test engineers, and other internal customers, which means good service orientation and collaboration skills are important parts of the role. Who Are You? We are looking for someone who enjoys practical and varied work where structure, accuracy, and responsibility are a natural part of daily work. You appreciate order and organization, have a good service focus, and enjoy collaborating with others to find solutions and achieve results. We are looking for someone who has: High school diploma or equivalent Experience in warehouse or logistics work Forklift certification and forklift driving experience Good computer skills Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written Ability to work independently, in a structured manner, and with accuracy It is a merit if you have: Experience with MPS or business systems, preferably Infor XA Experience in goods receiving and transport administration Experience with inventory and warehouse management Experience from industrial, product development, or laboratory environments Why NIBE?
