About the position
We are now looking for an engaged leader for our great team who will continue working together to deliver world-class customer service.
As the team's leader, you actively participate in daily operations and are responsible for ensuring that all NetOnNet visitors are met by knowledgeable, well-motivated, and available Warehouse Shop employees. Our Warehouse Shop concept is built on quickly, easily, and at warehouse prices providing customers with home electronics. The warehouse manager is called a Warehouse Shop Manager at our company, and your role is to work with the team to drive operations in the Warehouse Shop. This includes, among other things, helping customers at the checkout, restocking merchandise and ensuring it is displayed according to our concept, and actively working with sales in accordance with set and agreed-upon sales targets. When interacting with customers, we also work with products from our service portfolio, that is, protection insurance, subscriptions, and financing solutions. We help customers at our information desk or in our technical service.
In addition to being part of daily operations, you also have responsibility for budget, results monitoring/reporting, and scheduling. You naturally also have personnel responsibility for all employees in the Warehouse Shop. At NetOnNet, our employees are our most important resource, and we are convinced that you feel the same way. Who are you?
To take on the role of Warehouse Shop Manager with us, you need a pronounced business sense where, by coaching and following up, you actively work to drive profitable sales. Finding the synergies where both sales results and team spirit in the group are at their peak is your driving force in the work. You are a star at involving and engaging employees in the work of continuing to develop our Warehouse Shop.
You have the ability to work strategically to develop, streamline, and improve both operations and your employees. Your communication skills make it easy for you to build relationships and collaborations, and of course you are passionate about customer interactions.
We also see that you have:
• several years of experience from a leadership position in retail
• experience in leadership with personnel responsibility
• experience working with results monitoring and budget responsibility
