Do you enjoy hands-on work and customer interaction? Jicon Works in Örebro is seeking a warehouse associate with some retail sales experience who wants to help our business customers find the right products and ensure goods are delivered as expected.
About the Role
With us, you'll combine daily warehouse work with some retail sales. You'll serve professionals in construction, industry, and facility management, working closely with colleagues to deliver excellent service throughout the customer's purchasing journey.
As a team member with us, you will:
receive, check, and unpack deliveries, and pick and pack customer orders for pickup and delivery.
stock and display merchandise, and maintain order in the store and warehouse.
press clothes and deliver goods using our delivery vehicle.
enjoy providing personal service and advice on tools, consumables, work clothes, and safety equipment.
handle cash, customer orders, returns, and complaints.
To succeed in this role, we see that you:
enjoy meeting customers, like sales work, and take initiative to meet customer needs.
are thorough, take responsibility, and collaborate well with others.
appreciate varied work where you switch between customer interactions and hands-on tasks, even when the pace is fast.
have good computer skills, strong Swedish language skills (spoken and written), a Class B driver's license, and preferably a forklift certificate.
We place great importance on your personal qualities and your willingness to learn our product range.
Experience in warehouse, retail, B2B sales, or building supply retail is a plus. The same applies to knowledge of work clothes and safety equipment, and experience with PengVin or similar business systems.
