Job Responsibilities
We are looking for driven individuals who want to work in warehouse and logistics for one of our clients in Mölnlycke. You will become part of an operation where efficient workflows, good organization, and high delivery accuracy are important.
The work is varied and suits you if you enjoy being active throughout the workday. You will handle different tasks within warehouse operations and alternate between independent work and tasks performed together with the team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Handling incoming and outgoing goods
- Picking articles according to order documents
- Packing and preparing shipments
- Forklift driving and internal movement of products and materials
- Preparing goods so they are ready for further transport
- Identify and handle any deviations
- Contribute to keeping the warehouse organized and running smoothly
- Assist with other tasks that occur in daily warehouse operations
About the Position:
Workplace: Mölnlycke
Scope: Full-time
Working Hours: Mainly daytime Monday to Friday, but shifts may occur
Start Date: As soon as possible

For this position, we believe you are someone with high work ethic who takes responsibility for what you do. You are careful even when the pace is high and work well with others.
At the same time, you are self-driven and can prioritize your tasks without constant supervision. If you have worked in a warehouse before or have forklift driving experience, that is a plus, but the right attitude and willingness to learn are also highly valued.

Your Profile
We believe you have worked in a warehouse, terminal, or logistics and feel comfortable in an environment where a lot is happening. You enjoy when the workday is active and have an eye for order, quality, and details.
You are reliable and ensure that your tasks are completed well. When something unexpected comes up, you try to find a solution instead of getting stuck on the problem. You work well with colleagues and gladly contribute to good cooperation, while you can also work independently when needed.
During certain periods, the workload can be high. Therefore, you need to be able to maintain a steady pace, prioritize correctly, and maintain accuracy even when there is a lot to do.
Requirements:
- Previous experience from warehouse, terminal, or logistics
- Forklift license for both category A and B
- Good Swedish in speech and writing
- Ability to plan and carry out work tasks efficiently
- A careful and responsible work approach
- Easy to collaborate and communicate with colleagues
Merits:
- Experience driving forklifts in daily work
- Worked at, for example, distribution or production warehouses
- Experience in operations where work is tracked against targets for, for example, quality, pace, or productivity
