As a Warehouse Associate, Team Lead at Logisnext, you have a central role in our spare parts operation. You are responsible for the daily work at the warehouse and ensure that incoming and outgoing goods are handled efficiently, correctly, and with high quality. The role suits you if you like taking responsibility, working independently, and creating structure in a busy day. You will work at our office and warehouse in Mölnlycke and be part of a larger spare parts team of six people total, with two of you working in the warehouse. The work is daytime only.
What you will do
You are responsible for the daily operations of the warehouse and ensure that spare parts are received, registered, stored, and shipped efficiently. The work includes receiving deliveries, registering in the business system, picking, packing, and shipping spare parts to both service technicians and customers.
An important part of the role is ensuring that our service technicians' service vehicles are correctly stocked with spare parts and that the warehouse is kept well-organized, clean, and up to date. You also participate in inventories and continuously work to ensure accurate inventory balances.
In the role, you have daily contact with service technicians, colleagues in the spare parts department, as well as external suppliers and transport partners.
What we believe you have
You have experience in warehouse work and have previously had responsibility for warehouse flows, inventory, or planning
You have knowledge of or experience with vehicles and spare parts
You are accustomed to working in business systems and using the computer as a natural work tool
You have good knowledge of Microsoft 365
Experience with warehouse, inventory, or order systems is a merit
You can express yourself clearly in Swedish in speech and writing
Knowledge of English is a merit
A forklift certification is required
