What does the Warehouse Associate and Order Administrator role involve?
In this role, you will combine warehouse work with customer support to ensure our customers receive first-class service. You will become an important part of our small, dynamic team in Jönköping consisting of 2 people where we value collaboration and flexibility. The position is ideal for you if you are thorough, organized, and service-minded, and if you thrive in a role that combines practical warehouse work, order handling, and daily customer contact. You will help customers via phone and web as well as welcome and assist customers who visit the warehouse to pick up their products or shop further. Your main responsibilities:
Handle incoming deliveries: receive, check, and store goods in the correct location.
Order picking and packing: pick and prepare goods for delivery according to customer orders.
Customer support: receive and handle orders from people visiting the warehouse, via phone and web.
Warehouse administration: update items in the system, participate in inventories, and ensure the warehouse is well-organized.
Ensure the company's high standards for quality and service are met in all work tasks.
For the role we require:
Experience in warehouse work, preferably combined with customer service or order reception.
Fork lift certification for light truck and forklift.
Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
Ability to work carefully, independently, and efficiently at a high pace.
