About the Position
Position: Warehouse Staff with Specialist Responsibility for Produce
Do you have documented experience working professionally with fruit and vegetables in wholesale, retail, or other professional settings, and do you understand the importance of quality, freshness, and proper handling? Do you also have experience in warehouse and logistics work and want to help develop processes and routines within a growing company?

Restaurangjouren is now recruiting an engaged and responsible Warehouse Staff member with specialist responsibility for Produce to our warehouse in Jordbro.
With us, you'll become a key person responsible for ensuring that our fruit and vegetable products maintain the highest quality from goods receipt to delivery to our customers.
What will a typical workday look like?
You will primarily work with our Produce category and be responsible for ensuring that all incoming products meet Restaurangjouren's high quality standards.
You will work closely with our warehouse manager and purchasing team and have the opportunity to contribute to developing routines, structure, and processes to create an efficient and well-organized warehouse operation.
The work includes, among other things:
Responsibility for goods receipt of Produce.
Inspecting quality, freshness, ripeness, and condition of incoming products.
Ensuring that only products meeting our quality standards are accepted into the warehouse.
Identifying and reporting quality deviations and handling supplier complaints according to our procedures.
Ensuring proper handling, storage, and inventory rotation (FIFO) to minimize waste.
Warehouse maintenance, inventory counts, and responsibility for order and cleanliness in your work area.
Goods receipt, inspection, and internal handling of incoming deliveries.
Contributing to the development and improvement of routines and work processes.
Assisting with other warehouse work as needed.

Qualifications
To succeed in this role, we see that you have:
Documented and several years of professional experience working with Produce in wholesale, retail, or other professional handling of fruit and vegetables.
Documented experience with goods receipt of Produce.
Very good product knowledge and ability to assess quality, freshness, ripeness, and deviations.
Experience in warehouse work and logistics.
Good planning and organizational skills.
Forklift certification.
Very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.

Working Hours
Regular working hours are Monday–Friday 06:00–15:00, but may vary as needed depending on operational requirements.
Start date is by agreement, preferably as soon as possible.
