Job Responsibilities We are seeking careful and dedicated warehouse workers for our client in Jordbro for physical and varied warehouse work with a focus on order picking and high-lift truck operation. Work Hours: Varying shifts, for example 06:30–15:30, 08:00–17:00, or 14:00–23:00, depending on operational needs. Job Tasks: - Physical order picking and goods handling - High-lift picking truck operation - Inbound and outbound deliveries - Sorting, restocking, and placement of goods - Packing and order management - General warehouse work at a fast pace We are looking for someone who is responsible, careful, and enjoys physical work where you are in motion most of the workday. You work in a structured manner, have good collaboration skills, and contribute to a positive work environment. A truck license and documented experience operating high-lift picking trucks are required for this position. You need to feel confident in truck operation and be accustomed to working efficiently and safely in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Requirements for the Position: - Experience with picking and warehouse work - Truck license - Documented experience operating high-lift picking trucks - Good Swedish language skills, both spoken and written - Very good physical ability and experience with physically demanding work - Ability to work standing and in motion throughout most of the workday Meritorious: - Experience working in large warehouse operations - Experience working toward established goals and productivity targets Please note that this position is physically demanding and involves daily goods handling, frequent lifting, and a high work pace.
