Are you a student, retiree, or working another job at least 50%, but want to work extra at Förlagssystem in Falun this fall? Then you're the person we're looking for! Förlagssystem is a leading player in logistics and distribution of books. As part of our team, you will work with picking, sorting, and packing items. The work requires accuracy, stress tolerance, and the ability to work at a fast pace. Warehouse work for flexible consultants is typically Mondays and Tuesdays between 07:00-16:00, but short call-ins also occur Wednesday-Friday. Weekend and afternoon work may become relevant if needed. As a flexible consultant in our consultant pool, you will have scheduled shifts, but most importantly, you should be able to jump in with short notice when needed. We expect you to be available for 2-3 shifts per week, and we particularly prefer availability early in the week. Job Responsibilities - Pick items according to given picking rounds using tablet, scanner, or voice device - Back-picking and web-picking - Sorting and packing items - Handling of defective or incorrect products - Use of digital tools in the work process - Forklift operation (for those who have or obtain a forklift certificate) WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR Requirements and Qualifications - Able to work Mondays and Tuesdays 07:00-16:00 - Able to jump in with short notice. - Other primary occupation (at least 50%) - Completed high school education - Physical ability – able to walk approximately 20,000 steps per day and perform heavy lifting - Flexibility and stress tolerance – tasks may vary during the day - Accuracy and punctuality - Basic mathematical knowledge - Ability to handle digital tools and systems Meritorious - B driver's license - Forklift certificate A1-4 and B1-4 - Experience with warehouse work and teamwork The introduction takes place over 2 consecutive days (Mon-Tue 07:00-16:00 or Thu-Fri 07:00-16:00) where 100% attendance is expected.
