About the Role
As a warehouse worker with us, you will have a central and varied role in our daily operations. You will primarily work with practical warehouse tasks – from goods reception to packing and picking.
Since we are growing, we would like to see that you, as an applicant, have the ambition and drive to learn the business from the ground up, so that over time you can take a larger grip on daily workflows and gradually grow into a role with more responsibility/team leader responsibility in the warehouse.
Your main tasks:
Daily warehouse work: Picking and packing orders, goods reception, and inbound and outbound deliveries.
Forklift operation: Safe and efficient goods handling with a forklift.
Organization & order: Ensure good structure on warehouse shelves and follow applicable safety procedures.
System management: Register inbound and outbound deliveries in our warehouse management system (WMS).
Over time: Take on more responsibility for daily planning, prioritization of order flows, and be a pillar of support for colleagues on the floor.
Who Are You?
We are looking for someone who is careful, has good work ethic, and enjoys working physically at a fast pace. You don't need to have been a leader before, but you have the right attitude, are communicative, and like to take initiative when needed.
We are looking for someone who has:
Forklift license (A+B): Good experience with forklift operation
Warehouse experience: Previous experience in warehouse or logistics work is a merit.
Computer and system skills: You pick up new digital tools and warehouse management systems easily.
Language: Good Swedish language skills, both spoken and written.
Good physical condition: Heavy lifting and active work are natural parts of the job as we handle batteries and energy equipment.
Personality: You are a team player with ambition to develop in your professional role.

Practical Information & Application
Location: Källebacksvägen 2B, Hedenstorp (Jönköping).
Scope: Full-time, daytime (Monday–Friday).
Employment type: Permanent position (we apply a 6-month probationary period).
