We are now seeking a Warehouse Manager & Prefab Worker for our operation in Luleå. The role is broad and involves responsibility for warehouse management, material flows and logistics while you participate in daily prefab production of refractory products. About the Position As a Warehouse Manager & Prefab Worker, you play an important function in ensuring that the operation has the right materials, equipment and products available at the right time. You are responsible for warehouse management and material flows while actively working in the prefab workshop with the manufacturing of prefabricated products. Work Tasks Warehouse and Logistics · Manage inventory, inventory counts and stock levels. · Handle receipt, registration and delivery of materials. · Plan and carry out loading and unloading of goods. · Ensure order and structure in warehouse spaces. · Manage tools, equipment, machinery and operational vehicles. · Ensure material readiness for upcoming projects. · Book transports and coordinate deliveries. Prefabrication · Prepare materials, molds, tools and equipment for production. · Perform mold work, casting and finishing of prefabricated products. · Handle products before and after kiln drying. · Perform self-inspections and quality controls according to applicable procedures. · Label, package and finalize products for storage and delivery. · Perform daily inspection of machinery, tools and production equipment. · Participate in improvement work in safety, quality and efficiency. We Are Looking for You · Are practically minded and enjoy physical work. · Can work independently and take responsibility for your tasks. · Have good organizational skills and a structured work approach. · Have good collaboration skills and contribute to a positive work environment. · Have good computer skills. · Master Swedish in speech and writing. · Have a B driver's license Meritorious · Have experience in warehouse work, logistics, industrial or workshop work. · Forklift A+B license. · Forklift C2 Wheel Loader license. · Experience in prefab, concrete, construction or workshop production. · Experience working with refractory materials. · Lifting and safe lifting training. · Experience with business systems and warehouse administration.
