Warehouse Manager for JOBmeal Stockholm

About the role
As a warehouse manager, you have operational responsibility for our entire warehouse and supply flows. You ensure that the right products are in place at the right time and that incoming and outgoing shipments are handled efficiently, carefully, and with high quality.
The role involves both practical warehouse work and ongoing planning. You work with purchasing and orders, receive and inspect incoming goods, and pick and pack deliveries for our customers and employees.
You maintain regular contact with our suppliers and stay updated on delivery times, back-orders, and changes to our product range. An important part of the work is also to quickly familiarize yourself with our various product categories and ensure correct inventory levels and reorder points.
Your main responsibilities
Order goods and follow up on deliveries
Receive, inspect, and register incoming goods
Pick and pack outgoing deliveries
Ensure order, structure, and efficiency in the warehouse
Monitor inventory balances, inventory levels, and reorder points
Conduct inventories and handle inventory discrepancies
Maintain ongoing contact with suppliers
Handle back-orders and other delivery discrepancies
Familiarize yourself with our product range and understand how different product categories affect inventory needs
Work actively to improve warehouse management and delivery flows
Who are we looking for?
We're looking for someone who enjoys creating order and takes responsibility for ensuring the entire flow works smoothly. You are thorough and structured, but also solution-oriented when conditions change rapidly. You see what needs to be done and don't wait for someone else to take the initiative.
To succeed in this role, we believe that you:
Have experience with warehouse, logistics, purchasing, or similar work
Have good administrative skills and feel comfortable with digital systems
Have the ability to plan and prioritize your work
Are thorough and have a good head for numbers
Have an easy time learning new products and product categories
Communicate clearly and professionally with suppliers and colleagues
Enjoy combining practical work with planning and follow-up
Speak and write Swedish fluently
Experience with inventory management, purchasing systems, business systems, or work with reorder points is a plus.
