* Our client in Vimmerby is growing and needs to strengthen its workforce with a skilled painter and two people for production. The aim is for you to then become directly employed by the company. Job Description We are currently seeking staff for two positions - loading/unloading and painter. As a painter, you are ultimately responsible for painting the aluminum profiles. You set up the machines and ensure that the details maintain the correct quality after the program is completed. You also need to be open to assisting with loading/unloading and masking when needed. As production staff for loading (pre-hanging) and unloading (unloading) in a painting line, you have a very important role. Your work sets the pace for the entire line and ensures that the final product is flawless. The work is often mobile, physical, and requires a high focus on quality and attention to detail We're Looking for Someone Who - We would like you to have experience in some form of painting work. This could be either in industry (wet or powder coating) or from automotive painting. - You can read and speak Swedish fluently and are capable of handling physically demanding tasks. - You can work both day and evening shifts - You are orderly, have an eye for detail, and are willing to take initiative and learn new things - You have a forklift license according to TLP10
