We at Nordic Biomarker are now looking for a careful and committed Laboratory Assistant for our production team in Umeå! As a Laboratory Assistant, you contribute to ensuring that our products maintain the high quality that healthcare providers around the world rely on. Your work is an important part of the production chain. You will focus on laboratory work, such as preparation of our products and purification of antibodies, as well as dish handling and autoclaving. The work is carried out both independently and together with other colleagues in production. Production in Umeå currently consists of 13 employees who together manufacture our products in a lab environment. When the preparation is complete, we fill it in glass vials, label and pack in kit boxes, and package the finished product for delivery to customers. Your main tasks Preparation of intermediate Routine work in cell culture laboratory Protein purification Flow filtration Dish handling and autoclaving Labeling and kit packing of products WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR You who enjoy routine work and following instructions Have practical experience from laboratory work or completed laboratory education, for example BMA, vocational education Have good knowledge of Swedish Are careful, systematic, and enjoy working independently as well as with others It is an advantage if you have Experience from laboratory operations, pharmaceutical industry, or food production Experience working according to quality-controlled processes Experience in cell culture or protein purification
