Laboratory Technician at Nordic Biomarker, Temporary Position

Nordic Biomarker is now seeking a temporary laboratory technician for our quality control department in Umeå. This temporary position is expected to start at the end of 2026 and extend for approximately one year. Your main responsibilities Independently performing laboratory quality control checks and reporting results according to procedures: • Raw material inspection • In-process controls during manufacturing • Quality control of finished products • Stability studies The role also includes reviewing and updating procedures as needed. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR You with higher education in chemistry or biochemistry, for example BMA, biomedicine, or engineering degree Good skills in speaking and writing in both Swedish and English Basic knowledge of Word and Excel As a person, you are thorough, structured, and methodical. You enjoy working in a lab according to established procedures, are practically oriented, and are perceived as cooperative and helpful.
