Female personal assistant needed for 24-hour shifts with on-call nights We are seeking a female personal assistant for a 35-year-old woman who lives in her own apartment in central Gävle. The work involves providing support in daily life and assisting with, among other things: * personal hygiene * mobility assistance (the client is a wheelchair user) * communication * supervision and other daily tasks Employment Type We are primarily looking for temporary hourly staff, but there is an opportunity for a permanent position if everything works out well. The work is scheduled for 24-hour shifts with on-call duties at night. We are looking for someone who: * is a non-smoker (required) * has good basic physical strength, as some lifting is involved * is calm, reliable, and responsible * has good collaboration skills and can work independently * is fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written We place great emphasis on personal suitability. Experience in personal assistance is a merit but not a requirement – the most important thing is that there is good personal chemistry and that you have a genuine interest in working with people.
