We at KSJ AB work with personal assistance – the way it should be done!
Here you'll meet Karin, Magnus, Sylvia and Bibban with long experience, great commitment and a heart for people. We know that good assistance is built on security, respect and close collaboration. With extensive and solid experience in personal assistance, from both large and medium-sized companies, we know what it takes to create security, continuity and quality of life for our clients – but also for our valued assistants.
As an employer, we care about your well-being. That's why we offer good conditions, are part of a collective agreement and provide a generous wellness benefit.
With us, you matter – both to the client and to us!
Feel free to visit us at Elbegatan 5 in Malmö – just let us know so we're there.

This could be a perfect job for you if you really want to make a difference.
We believe you are a responsible and warm woman with both humor and patience. You adapt easily to different situations and thrive in work where the focus is on security, presence and attentive care, but also includes activity, fun and play. Experience in care and welfare is a merit, but the most important thing is the personal chemistry. Of course, you'll receive thorough training to feel confident in the role.

Support with daily routines such as personal care, hygiene and mobility
Monitoring and checking vital parameters (e.g. oxygen saturation)
Being nearby to prevent anxiety and create security
Doing activities both at home and outside
Documentation and attention to changes in condition or needs

The work requires you to be alert and thorough, even during calm moments, and to have the ability to act quickly and safely if the situation requires it.
The position is approximately 70% and includes work on weekdays (7 am-3 pm or 3 pm-9 pm) and every other weekend (8 am-9 pm). In this group we help each other, so night work may also occur due to unplanned absences, for example when a colleague is ill.
