About the Client A cheerful man in his 30s living in central Rättvik. He has a CP injury and receives assistance from morning to evening. He enjoys taking walks, listening to music, and going to hockey games and the gym a few days a week. The Position We are now seeking substitute staff who can step in on short notice when regular personnel are unavailable. It is important that you can respond to short-notice call-ins and have strong work ethic. It is an advantage if you have another occupation and see this as a supplement. As an applicant, you should be available several days a week in case of urgent staffing needs. We would appreciate if you have a B driver's license. You must be a woman. Personal Qualities We are looking for you to thrive in actively working to ensure the client has a satisfying life. You will work based on the client's needs and routines. You have strong work ethic, a sense of responsibility, and a willingness and interest in developing in your work. You should be fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written. You should not be allergic to fur as there is a dog in the home. We would appreciate if you have experience as a personal assistant.
