Your Responsibilities
As a Quality Technician at Industrilås, you'll have an exciting and varied day where you develop and ensure quality throughout our entire production chain. Through a structured and preventive approach, you'll help identify risks early and create efficient processes that reduce quality defects.
Your responsibilities include:
Project Quality and PPAP – Drive and coordinate PPAP work in our projects and ensure that all quality documentation is prepared according to customer and operational requirements.
Risk Analysis and Quality Planning – Lead and conduct FMEA, establish control plans, and work according to the APQP process to ensure quality throughout the project lifecycle.
Measurements and Analysis – Perform product measurements and measurement analysis (MSA) and provide technical support regarding measurement technology and quality assurance.
Preventive Quality Work – Work closely with production to identify improvement opportunities and ensure that quality risks are managed before they reach production.
Cross-functional Collaboration – Work closely with design, production, procurement, and other project members, acting as a driving force in quality matters throughout the development process.
Who Are You?
Are you communicative, solution-oriented, and thorough? Then you likely have good conditions to succeed in this role. We want to work with someone who dares to take initiative while working in a structured manner and has a natural quality mindset. You're clear when needed, but also have the ability to consider different perspectives and find solutions together with others. You enjoy collaborating across department boundaries and are someone who puts the team first.
You have experience from manufacturing industry in Automotive or another operation with high quality requirements. You have worked with PPAP and feel confident driving or participating in FMEA work. If you also have experience with measurement technology, that's a great plus.
We also believe you have:
Understanding of IATF 16949, ISO 9001, and ISO 14001
Experience with the Monitor business system is a merit
Ability to work in a structured manner with documentation
Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
