EBP in Olofström is an established industrial company specializing in sheet metal processing and manufacturing of car body parts for the automotive industry. Through high technical expertise, strong customer relationships, and a strong focus on quality, we have built a position as a long-term partner to several leading automotive manufacturers.
We are now seeking three quality technicians for our operations in pressing, painting, and assembly. Regardless of area, you will become an important part of our quality work and a key person in ensuring that our products and processes meet the high standards set by both customers and our operations.
Tasks and Responsibilities
As a quality technician at EBP, you work closely with production, engineering, customers, and suppliers to ensure stable and quality-assured manufacturing. You participate in both daily quality work and long-term improvement initiatives that develop our processes and working methods.
The role involves great variety where you alternate between analyses, follow-ups, problem-solving, and collaboration with different functions in the operation. You help identify improvement areas, drive initiatives, and contribute to creating conditions for efficient and quality production.
Examples of tasks
• Ensure product and process quality
• Handle deviations and drive improvement work
• Conduct tests, follow-ups, and quality inspections
• Coordinate and follow up on customer and supplier complaints
• Work with 8D reports and root cause analyses
• Establish and develop instructions and standards
• Conduct internal audits and VDA 6.3 audits
• Contribute to developing the operation's quality work
Your Profile
We are looking for you who
• Have experience with quality work in manufacturing industry and thrive in a role where structure, analysis, and collaboration are important success factors.
We would like to see that you have:
• Engineering degree in quality technology or equivalent experience
• Experience with quality work in industry
• Good analytical ability and a systematic approach
• Knowledge of quality standards such as IATF 16949, ISO 9001, and ISO 14001
• Experience with audits and improvement work
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English in speech and writing

The recruitment is conducted in cooperation with Unik Resurs. The positions begin as temporary recruitment where you will be employed by Unik Resurs for the first six months. The goal thereafter is a permanent employment directly with EBP in Olofström.
