In this role, you will have a central position in continuous improvement work, quality management, and process development for the business.
About the Role
As a Quality Coordinator for CAPA and quality improvement at Siemens Energy, you are responsible for providing support and expertise within the Quality Improvement System (QIS) and ensuring efficient and high-quality work throughout the entire CAPA process (Corrective and Preventive Actions).
You serve as a key person and primary contact for users, case owners, and improvement leaders throughout the lifecycle of CAPA and QIS cases. The role involves close collaboration with Quality Improvement Leads, quality coordinators, and operational teams to ensure high quality, efficiency, and structured improvement work.
Your main responsibilities include:
Support the business in using the QIS tool and CAPA process.
Coordinate, follow up on, and ensure progress in CAPA and QIS cases.
Generate statistics, analyses, and status reports.
Drive and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Contribute to root cause analyses and corrective actions.
Facilitate workshops and improvement activities as needed.
Analyze trends and identify improvement areas.
Contribute to quality management, monitoring, and business development.
Promote best practices in quality and continuous improvement across the organization.
Your Profile
We are looking for someone with a genuine interest in quality, process development, and improvement work. You are organized, analytical, and enjoy working in a role where you collaborate with many different functions and drive matters forward.
We would like to see that you have:
Experience in quality work, CAPA processes, or quality management systems.
Knowledge of deviation management, root cause analyses, and continuous improvements.
Ability to analyze data and translate insights into concrete improvement measures.
Strong communication skills and experience supporting and guiding various stakeholders.
An organized and thorough work approach.
Ability to build relationships and collaborate cross-functionally.
Strong knowledge of Swedish and English, both verbal and written.
As a person, you are proactive, solution-oriented, and committed to creating long-term improvements that contribute to business success. The role is based in Finspång and requires presence at Siemens Energy's office at least three days per week.
