This is initially a consulting assignment of approximately 12 months via Unik Resurs with excellent prospects for extension. Now Siemens Energy is seeking an engaged Quality Coordinator / CAPA/QIS Coordinator who wants to play a central role in our work on quality assurance and continuous improvements. About the Role As a CAPA/QIS Coordinator, you will become expert support within our quality and improvement system (QIS) and be responsible for supporting the operations throughout the CAPA process (Corrective and Preventive Actions). You will function as an important contact point for users, process owners, and quality managers and ensure that CAPA and improvement cases are handled efficiently, structurally, and with high quality. In the role, you work closely with Quality Improvement Leads, quality coordinators, and operational teams to identify areas for improvement, analyze root causes, and drive quality development forward. Your Main Tasks Support and guide the organization in QIS and CAPA processes Ensure high quality in handling and follow-up of CAPA cases Serve as support for users, case owners, and process managers Follow up, analyze, and report status on ongoing and completed cases Contribute with statistics, trend analyses, and improvement suggestions Participate in and facilitate workshops on quality and improvement work Support root cause analyses and corrective actions Contribute to quality management and operations monitoring Disseminate knowledge and best practices within the quality field Your Profile We are Looking for You We believe that you have a strong interest in quality, process development, and continuous improvements.
