We are now seeking quality engineers who want to be involved in coordinating quality assurance in production or on projects. Here you will have the opportunity to contribute with expertise in quality standards and communicate requirements and expectations. As a quality engineer, you coordinate, recommend, and plan quality assurance activities to be performed in production or assigned projects. You drive and are responsible for improvement measures to continuously enhance the quality of our customers' products and our way of working. This is done both by working with cross-functional teams to find solutions to problems that arise, as well as working long-term on quality and process improvement measures. Your work tasks may include: Ensuring product quality and overseeing quality assurance activities and working methods. Continuously monitoring quality status and initiating quality assurance measures when needed. Driving root cause analyses and corrective actions. Participating in the preparation and execution of reviews and decision forums. Contributing to broadening the department's collective expertise. To our Quality Engineering (QE) market area, we are now seeking new employees for several of our offices in Sweden. In our team, we range from recent graduates to seniors with broad expertise in quality, welding, and materials. Qualifications Appropriate education is a degree in engineering or a higher technical degree with several years of work experience or equivalent acquired professional experience. It is an advantage if you have any of the following experience: ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and/or EN9100 8D, Six Sigma, RCA, FMEA APQP/PPAP IPC-610, IPC-620, and IPC-640 FAI (First Article Inspection), per EN9102 As a person, you are driven and responsible. We also believe you are a good communicator with strong ability to report and present quality-related milestones. You enjoy collaborating in a group but also working independently with your own responsibility. Since much of the work is also directed toward international customers, you are proficient in both Swedish and English, both spoken and written. The position may require you to undergo and pass a security vetting in accordance with the security protection act. Swedish citizenship is a requirement for this position.
