About the role The assignment includes following up and monitoring quality work in your work group together with the unit manager. This includes, among other things, monitoring that guidelines and procedures are followed, that the work group works to achieve the organization's established goals. You are part of the work group and also work with ordinary care tasks. The role includes coaching and mentoring colleagues and collaborating with other professionals.
