Now we're seeking an engaged and thoughtful Quality Manager who wants to help us support our staff, maintain our high standards, and develop the business further. About the role: The role is varied and combines field work with cleaning, staff support, and administrative work in our system (Tengella). You will be the link between the office and our staff at customer locations. Your main responsibilities: Train, guide, and support staff on Cleanflat standards and cleaning procedures. Conduct quality inspections and visit customers for follow-ups. Handle complaints and perform urgent interventions when needed. Participate in practical cleaning work in the field to lead by example and cover as needed. Administrative work and follow-up in the planning system Tengella. Who are you? We're looking for someone who is thorough, has a genuine "eye for detail," and is passionate about teaching. You are a patient and pedagogical person who enjoys working with people, spreading positive energy, and creating a good atmosphere in the team. Qualifications: POLISH in speech and writing is an ABSOLUTE REQUIREMENT. Experience from the cleaning industry and/or supervisory work. Good knowledge of Swedish and English.
