Drive the development of quality and safety culture in a regulated industrial operation. You will train, coach, and implement Human Performance and MTO in practice. In this role, you'll combine strategic development work with training, coaching, and follow-up close to operations. About the role Drive the development of the organization's quality and safety culture. Work with Human Performance and Human, Technology and Organization. Support managers and employees in implementing safety principles in daily operations. Contribute to long-term and systematic improvement work. What you'll do Develop strategies, programs and indicators for quality and safety. Plan and conduct training in HuP, MTO and behavioral science. Coach managers and employees in safety awareness and culture development. Monitor data, trends and drive relevant improvement measures. Manage guidelines, training materials and internal information in this area. We're looking for someone who has Several years of experience from industrial operations in quality, safety or EHS. In-depth knowledge of Human Performance and MTO. Experience in culture, change and improvement work. Ability to analyze statistics, surveys and observation data. Experience in designing and conducting training for different target groups. Technology & Tools Human Performance (HuP). Human, Technology and Organization (MTO). EHS and quality management systems. Regulations and standards such as SSM, IAEA, WANO and ISO 19443. Practical information Location: Västerås. Work arrangement: Not specified. Language: Fluent Swedish and English in speech and writing.
