What we are looking for: To succeed in the role, you need to be a self-driven, structured and responsible person who enjoys planning, prioritizing and driving your daily work forward on your own. You have a strong problem-solving ability and can quickly analyze situations, identify solutions and make well-founded decisions. You also need: Technical knowledge and very good computer skills. Good understanding of operational systems, processes and working methods, which enables you to effectively handle multiple tasks at once and prioritize based on business needs. Communicate fluently in English, both orally and in writing. Good administrative skills. Also meriting are experience in space, communication and educational work. Responsibilities: The role is responsible for training and competency assurance of satellite operators. You provide project support during the transition from project phase to operational activities and support and implement new systems, features and equipment to ensure efficient and safe operations. Main work tasks: Plan, conduct and develop training for operators. Responsible for recurring competency assurance and certification of satellite operators. Support the implementation of new systems, tools and features within the business. Prepare, update and maintain operational instructions and procedures.
