Kurera Omsorg is a young and modern care company with three business areas: Personal Assistance, Individual and Family Services, and Training and Matching. Our headquarters are located in Malmö, and we also have personal assistance offices in Västervik and Stockholm.

The client uses a wheelchair, is technically skilled, and is articulate. He is looking for grounded and practical assistants who want to be involved in everyday life and help ensure that work around him runs smoothly and in an organized manner.
The work involves support in daily life, including personal care, household tasks, meals, and other practical duties. The client has many interests and appreciates assistants who are engaged, cooperative, and not afraid to roll up their sleeves where needed.
We're looking for someone who:
• Is calm, attentive, responsible, and flexible
• Has good collaboration skills and can maintain daily dialogue with the client during work
• Is self-driven, can take own initiative, and is also helpful and involved in practical tasks
• Can see what needs to be done in daily life and take own initiative
• Is interested in learning the client's routines and work methods
• Is not afraid of practical work or getting your hands dirty
• Has a driver's license and access to your own car, as public transportation in the area is limited
Previous experience as a personal assistant is a merit, but we place the greatest weight on personal suitability, collaboration skills, and willingness to learn the work.
The client prefers female applicants.
We would prefer that you live in the local area, approximately within 3 miles of the workplace.
About the Position
The position starts as an hourly employment with the possibility of fixed shifts in the future.
Work hours are primarily scheduled during daytime from 07:00–16:45 including lunch break, as well as some evening shifts for bedtime around 23:00.
Weekend work occurs.
Schedule is planned in dialogue based on the client's needs.
