Psychiatric Clinic Höglandet, Outpatient Department We are now looking for a dedicated social worker/therapist for psychiatry – an important role where your expertise and commitment contribute to people's well-being and development. The role as social worker/curator or equivalent education with treatment responsibility With us you work independently and under supervision, planning and implementing psychological treatment work. This includes therapeutic interventions with individual patients and/or groups, information and collaboration with family members, and the establishment and monitoring of care plans. Part of the assignment also includes social assessments and, if needed, suicide prevention work. As a therapist with us you collaborate with the team in the care around each patient, the approach is based on the best relevant evidence, benefit and alternatives. The work also includes contact with collaboration partners outside healthcare, such as municipality, Försäkringskassa and Arbetsförmedling. Your future workplace The Psychiatric Outpatient Department in Eksjö is part of Höglandet's Psychiatric Clinic where we have approximately 190 employees. Within the department we are 22 people with diverse expertise including specialist nurses, healthcare assistants, nurses, social workers, occupational therapists, psychiatrists, psychologists, healthcare administrators and rehabilitation coordinators. To make use of the different competencies we apply an interdisciplinary approach where we utilize perspectives from different professions. Your profile You have a degree as a social worker or equivalent education, preferably with previous experience in psychiatry or conducting psychotherapy and individual/group treatment. We are looking for you who have competence corresponding to at least step 1 within relevant therapy orientation (CBT/PDT/IPT or family therapy). Experience in addiction care is of interest to us. Licensure as a health and social care curator is a merit. Since collaboration is central to the role, good ability to cooperate is valued; if you have experience of teamwork it is a plus. You are confident in yourself and have good self-awareness and a good ability to understand someone else's perspective. You are stable, even in stressful situations and focus on the right things. In your work you plan, organize and prioritize in an efficient way. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.
