We are now looking for a licensed healthcare coordinator at UPH (Young People's Mental Health) in Mariestad. The position offers great flexibility with the opportunity to work remotely from Stockholm or another location, while being an integral part of our multidisciplinary team.

About the Role
UPH works with children and young people between 6 and 17 years old with mild to moderate mental health challenges at the primary care level.
As a coordinator, you have a central role in working with children, young people, and their families. You provide psychosocial support, parental support, and family interventions as an integrated part of treatment.
Work is conducted through:
Digital patient meetings via secure healthcare systems
In-person patient meetings when care needs require it
Parental support and family work
Group interventions and psychoeducation
Collaboration with schools, student health services, social services, and other care providers
Joint treatment planning together with the team

Required Qualifications
Are a licensed healthcare coordinator
Have strong ability to work independently in digital care forms
Communicate fluently in Swedish, both spoken and written
Have an interest in children, young people, and family work
Thrive in multidisciplinary teams
Meritorious
Experience from primary care, child and adolescent psychiatry, or student health services
Experience from parental support work
Experience from CBT-focused interventions
Experience from digital patient work
About UPH Mariestad
UPH is part of Sjöstaden Health Center and works with early, accessible, and evidence-based interventions for children and young people. The team consists of psychologists, psychotherapist, occupational therapist, physical therapist, CBT therapist, and coordinators who together create integrated care for patient and family.
