About the Customer Service Representative position at Telenor's customer service
As a customer service representative, you are an important part of our organization: being there for customers and supporting them in their digital everyday life to ensure they can stay connected with the people who matter most. Whether it's mobile, tablet, broadband, or TV, your role is to make sure each customer has the best possible solutions for their life.
You answer incoming calls from Telenor customers and help with everything from subscriptions, invoices, and troubleshooting. At the same time, you work with upselling – where you, in a thoughtful and trustworthy way, suggest services that improve and simplify the customer's digital life.
Your goal: Satisfied customers with smart solutions that truly make a difference in everyday life.
No previous experience required – we give you complete introduction and training.

We're looking for you who are:
Service-oriented and enjoy helping others
Curious to learn more about sales and customer communication
Want to work with upselling and have the opportunity for good commission
Goal-oriented – you like reaching set goals, both individually and in a team
Communicative and solution-focused
Comfortable working with computers
Speaks and writes Swedish fluently and has good English skills
