Linguacom is looking for a customer service representative for our office in Oskarshamn. You will be an important link between our customers and interpreters and help ensure that each interpretation assignment is completed in a professional and smooth manner. The role involves daily contact with customers and interpreters via phone and email. You receive bookings, answer questions, handle changes, and help match the right interpreter with the right assignment. Some matters are planned well in advance, while others need to be resolved quickly. Responsibilities Receive and handle bookings and customer inquiries Provide service to customers and interpreters via phone and email Book and coordinate interpretation assignments Handle rebookings, cancellations, and urgent changes Register and update information in our booking system Follow up on ongoing and completed assignments Contribute to high quality and excellent service in every customer interaction We are looking for someone who Is service-oriented, responsible, and solution-focused Communicates professionally in Swedish, both verbally and in writing Has good computer skills and can easily learn new systems Can prioritize and stay calm when the pace is high Works in a structured manner and is meticulous with details Enjoys collaborating, but can also work independently It is advantageous if you have experience in customer service, administration, booking, staffing, coordination, or similar tasks. Experience from the interpretation or language services industry is a plus, but not required.
