The company's office is located in modern, comfortable premises just next to the train station in central Ockelbo. Nearby Gävle and Sandviken are easily accessible by train, bus, or car.
As a Customer Service Representative at Ockelbogårdar, you will be part of our customer service team where we assist both current and prospective tenants. Your tasks will include receiving visitors and helping them with various matters. This may include move-ins, move-outs, maintenance requests, and distributing keys to contractors. You will also participate in rental activities and showings of vacant apartments.
To succeed in this role, you need high work capacity and the ability to handle multiple processes simultaneously. As a person, you are self-directed and take responsibility. You have a structured work approach and are unpretentious, service-oriented, and have strong collaboration skills.
The position requires a high school diploma. A university degree is a merit. You have good computer skills and are comfortable with all parts of the Microsoft Office suite. Excellent knowledge of Swedish and English is required. Additional language skills are a merit. A valid driver's license is also required.
A few years of relevant work experience is a merit. Great importance will be placed on personal qualities and suitability during recruitment.
