The company office is located in modern, comfortable facilities just next to the train station in central Ockelbo. Nearby Gävle and Sandviken are easily accessible by train, bus, or car.
As a Customer Service Representative at Ockelbogårdar, you will be part of our customer service team where we take care of our current and prospective tenants. Your tasks include greeting visitors and assisting them with various matters. This may include move-ins, move-outs, maintenance requests, and distributing keys to contractors. You will participate in rental operations and showings of vacant apartments.
To succeed in this role, you need high work capacity and the ability to handle multiple processes simultaneously. As a person, you are self-driven and take responsibility. You have a structured work approach and are unpretentious, service-oriented, and have strong collaboration skills.
The position requires a high school diploma. Higher education is a merit. You have good computer skills and feel comfortable with all parts of the Office suite. Excellent skills in Swedish and English are required. Additional language skills are a merit. A valid driver's license is also required.
Several years of relevant work experience is a merit. Great weight will be placed on personal qualities and suitability during recruitment.
