The company's office is located in modern, comfortable premises just next to the train station in central Ockelbo. Nearby Gävle and Sandviken are easily accessible by train, bus, or car.
As a Customer Service Representative at Ockelbogårdar, you will be part of our customer service team where we take care of our current and prospective tenants. Your tasks include receiving visitors and assisting them with various matters. This could include move-ins, move-outs, maintenance requests, and distributing keys to contractors. You will participate in rental activities and showing vacant apartments.
To succeed in this role, you need a high work capacity and the ability to handle multiple processes simultaneously. As a person, you are self-directed and responsible. You have a structured way of working and you are unpretentious, service-oriented, and have good collaboration skills.
The position requires a high school diploma. A university degree is a merit. You have good computer skills and feel comfortable with all parts of the Office package. Very good knowledge of Swedish and English is required. Additional language skills are a merit. A driver's license is also required. Several years of relevant work experience is a merit. Great weight will be placed on personal qualities and personal suitability during the recruitment process.
