In your role as a Customer Service Representative at Nordhem, you will be an important part of the company's customer service function. You will work closely with both retailers, installers, and end customers and be responsible for delivering the highest quality service. You will be working at our head office in Särö, Gothenburg.
Your main responsibilities:
Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone and email
Manage complaint cases from start to finish
Answer product and technical questions related to plumbing, construction, and electrical work
Register and follow up on orders as well as handle returns and invoice inquiries
Provide support to both retailers and end customers
To succeed in this role, we believe you have:
Experience in customer service and complaint handling
Good technical understanding and interest in construction and plumbing-related matters
Good administrative skills and system proficiency
Ability to communicate professionally both on the phone and via email
Experience from the construction, plumbing, or bathroom industry is a merit
We are looking for someone who is confident, service-oriented, and solution-focused. You have an easy time building trust with customers, are structured in your approach, and enjoy having many points of contact. You are experienced in handling both simple and more complex customer cases and are driven by finding solutions that create satisfied customers.
