Randstad is now seeking dedicated professionals for various customer support and customer service assignments in and around Borås.
As a customer service representative, you will be the public face and a crucial link between our company and their customers, which include both private individuals and business customers. You are responsible for handling incoming inquiries via phone, email, and chat, where you serve as the customer's first point of contact. The role involves professionally and attentively navigating questions ranging from shipment status and bookings to complaints and logistics flows.
Your focus is on delivering high-quality support where you ensure that every customer feels prioritized and well-received. By combining your administrative skills with a solution-oriented approach, you contribute to maintaining and strengthening customer relationships.
Working hours follow the customer's business hours, 07.00-17.00 weekdays.
We are looking for a collaborative person with excellent communication skills. You have a passion for providing great service by being attentive and available to the customer. You are also organized and thorough, and can prioritize and stay solution-oriented even when the pace is high. As a person, you are positive, engaged, and have a natural feel for service. You remain calm under pressure and always work toward delivering the best possible results.

Qualifications
Experience from service-oriented roles such as retail or customer service
Interest in working and communicating with people
Good computer and system skills
Strong proficiency in both Swedish and English
High school diploma or equivalent
An asset for this position is holding a driver's license and having access to a car
